Tasting Notes: This straw coloured wine from the outstanding 2007 Vintage has an upfront nose of toast and butterscotch cream resulting from barrel aging. A great mouth feel of lingering fruit of apple, pear with a hint of lychee leading to a heightened crisp acidity slicing through its luscious richness. Lingering subtle oak nuances on the finish define this taste sensation.
Food Pairing: Extremely food friendly! Pairs well with chicken in a cream sauce, cedar plank Atlantic salmon, soft creamy Canadian cheeses and caramel inspired desserts.

Tasting Notes: Our Gewurztraminer is an easy drinking wine that will match with any occasion and a wide variety of foods. A medium bodied wine with aromas of tropical fruits, Niagara tree ripened Bartlet pears and hints of allspice in the background. The spicy characteristics of the wine override the slight natural sweetness to balance out the wine's acidity.
Food Pairing: Best enjoyed with a good story and old friends! Pairs extremely well with foods that have a touch of heat. Indian, Thai, Szechwan, Sushi with Wasabi & ginger and great with Thanksgiving Turkey!

Tasting Notes: Lightly kissed in small French Oak casks, our Pinot Grigio displays aromas of banana and orange peel. Overlapping lemon-lime zest underlies wonderfully crisp acidity leading to a well balanced finish. Tastes of quince and ginger caress the taste buds finishing with baked demerera sugar.
